Project Description
Multi phased housing contract for Vistry Homes comprising roads, sewers, housing groundworks and 278 works. Works have now commenced on phase 4 of the groundworks with phase 3 nearing completion.
Works involved included:-
- Construction of new roads
- Construction of new sewers including sewer connections within existing highways.
- 278 works.
- Attenuation ponds and swales.
- Construction and adaption of existing footpaths
- Highway drainage works
- Street lighting
- BWIC installation of services.
- Housing groundworks
