£6.0 million housing contract for Taylor Wimpey comprising roads, sewers, housing groundworks to and S278 works. Works commenced Jan 18.

Works involved included:

  • Construction of new roads.
  • Construction of new sewers including sewer connections within existing highways.
  • Widening of existing road.
  • Construction and adaptation of existing footpaths.
  • Highway drainage works.
  • Street lighting.
  • BWIC installation of services.
  • Housing groundworks.
  • Attenuation ponds.
  • Pumping station.
