Project Description
Approx £6.5 million pound housing contract for Bellway Homes comprising roads, sewers, 278 works and housing groundworks to approx. 80 units. Works commenced in Jul 22 and site currently in progress.
Works involved included:-
- Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
- 278 works comprising construction of site entrance.
- Section 50 Off site sewer connections
- Highway drainage works.
- Surface water attenuation.
- Surface water pump station
- Street lighting.
- Piling
- Housing groundworks.
