Project Description
Approx £11.5 million pound housing contract for Taylor Wimpey. Works commenced in August 22 and this project comprises of roads, sewers, 278 works, Piling & housing groundworks to approx. 200 units
Works involved included:-
• Construction of new adoptable and private roads.
• Foul and Surface water sewers.
• Surface water attenuation and swales.
• Street lighting.
• Piling
• Housing groundworks.
