MDS Civil Engineering Ltd sponsors the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance Bike Ride. This is an annual event with about 300 cyclists. This year MDS entered a team of 7 riders on the course throughout the Colne Valley.
In 2017 Laura Marfleet ran the London Marathon in support of the Essex and Herts Air Ambulance raising in excess of £10,000.
